This is the information you will find at the
contract.
Policy:
• Only the person whose name appears on this contract
and to whom this vehicle has been rented will operate it, permitting any
other person to drive the vehicle cancels all insurance provisions,
making renter able for all damages.
• vehicle shall never be driven within 12 hours after driver has been
drinking, no matter the amount of alcohol.
• Vehicle shall never be raced, shall never be used to push or tow
another vehicle, shall not be used to instruct another driver and shall
only be operated on paved roads.
• Gasoline shall be at the expense of the renter.
• Car wil be returned on day and hour specified by rental office.
Failure to do so will make car overdue and subject to police seizure at
any time without accepting the responsibility of renter for all charges
and damages. if one wishes to rent car for beyond time originally
contracted, renter must return to the rental office and make additional
deposit in order to keep the vehicle longer, if it is not being held for
another reservation.
• Customer is not authorized to contract repair parts on behalf of the
rental company.
• in case of accident, renter will notify immediately. He will also
notify the rental car company (24 hour phone is listed on face of
contract) immediately, and will not abandon vehicle at any moment in
other to safeguard vehicle and all accessories. Failure to comply fully
with each particular of this paragraph will cancel all insurance and
make renter fully always pay for the deductible as it's shown in the
front page.
• The government taxes on vehicle rental companies will be added to all
invoices.
• Costumer will return vehicle to the Company under the same condition
as received.
• Any fines will be reported to Rental Company and settled at end of
rental.
• The Rental Company provides legal liability and property damage
insurance on all of its vehicles.
• If a renter of a vehicle moves from a location (address) in the
Dominican Republic given at time of rental, he must notify the rental
office immediately. Failure to do so, will be presumption that vehicle
is due immediately at rental office, and that we pay pick up car on
sight.
• If the kilometer reader is disconnected Dominican Republic Car Rent
will charge two hundreds (200) kilometers per day.
• Renter has an own insurance risk of $1200.00 (twelve hundred) US
Dollar per accident.
• All drivers must be 25 years old or older and licensed.
